We’re excited to introduce a small but powerful update to Veriport that brings more clarity and control to how you manage your client accounts. As of today, Third Party Administrators (TPAs) can now mark a Client account as “Inactive” directly from the platform when a client relationship is closed.

Why This Matters

Until now, there wasn’t a clear way to distinguish between active and closed client accounts in the system. That meant closed accounts still showed up in reports and dropdown menus, cluttering your workspace and creating the risk of confusion or accidental activity on inactive clients.

With this new feature, TPAs can now formally close a client relationship by setting the account to “Inactive.” Once marked as inactive, that client will:

  • Be clearly labeled as “Inactive” on the Client management page

  • Be filtered out from default active lists and dropdowns

  • Remain in the system for historical reference and reporting

How It Works

  1. Navigate to the Client page

  2. Select the client account you want to deactivate

  3. Toggle to “Inactive”

  4. Save the profile

That’s it! The system will instantly update the client’s status, and they’ll be excluded from any future active workflows and from logging into Veriport.
