With our focus on always finding opportunities to improve the turn-around-time (TAT) on MRO reporting we have created a new feature that will decrease the amount of time it takes to have changes made to reports.
For example:
- Name change requests
- Donor ID and state / province changes
- Collector name
- Reason for Test (MFR required)
- DOT agency
- Lab account
Simply request a change from the action menu of the report row on your dashboard and monitor the progress from the new “Change Requests” dashboard widget.
